The formConnect™ is a cost-effective, superior axial load-bearing, metal-to-metal solution for re-connecting to stuck casing or replacing damaged casing, and protecting casing integrity.
Characterized by the immediate validation and informed isolation common to all Enform Technology products, formConnect has applications across all phases of the well lifecycle – from well architecture and drilling through to plug and abandonment (P&A).
From damaged or stuck casing to tubing repair, wellhead replacement, or guaranteeing integrity prior to P&A, formConnect protects casing integrity, reduces downtime and costly intervention work, and enables operators to continue on their original well plans with no reduction in ID.
Through formConnect, costly sidetracks are averted and drilling, production and P&A programs remain on track. formConnect can also act as an assurance policy for the running of long casing strings.
The formConnect has been tested to temperatures of 302°F/150°C, and is rated to installation depths in excess of 30,000 feet. This, together with its validation in situ, ensures complete sealing confidence.
Our formConnect services are used for repair of pipeline connections between existing tubular components, flowlines, casing isolation for repair of casing pipelines, connections between existing tubular components and flowlines.
We offer custom metal tubing fabrication and finishing services for swaging services; engineering services for wellbore pressure and integrity testing services; and oil and pipeline data analysis for oil pipeline pressure testing and leak detection.

The formClad™ is all about securing well integrity and optimizing production management via informed isolation and immediate validation with minimum impact on tubing or casing IDs.
The formClad’s gas-tight, high-performance, end seals – with fully compliant expansion and metal-to-metal contact along the entire length of the clad – isolates leaking gas lift mandrels or connections; repairs eroded, corroded, or damaged casing and production tubing; and seals off unwanted perforations.
The formClad’s ability to install clad-through-clad – where the same size clad with running tool can be run through and set below an existing and identical clad – brings an end to limitations as to where and when operators can isolate zones. formClad gives operators the flexibility to isolate selected zones without significant ID restrictions, which maintains well access for future interventions and optimizes the reservoir management profile over the life of the field.
